Sign In Page Redesign

Widget-based Dashboard

• After being available as a preview this past school year, teachers, school administrators, and district administrators will now have a widget-based dashboard.
• Gives the ability to view real-time assignment and assessment data right on your dashboard.
• Allows you to customize their dashboard, including, but not limited to:

• Move and resize widgets

• Add color to widget headings

• Add background image to dashboard

• Remove widgets from view

Student Assignment Refresh

• The student assignments page has an updated and enhanced user interface.

• Students will experience one, consistent user experience from the dashboard to assignments.

• New indicators for assignments that are late, due today, or due tomorrow.

• The new filter bar provides students with quick access to assignments in the not started, in progress, and completed statuses.

Grading Assistant Enhancements

• Grading Assistant is a time-saving tool that automatically scores students' written responses for both short-answer and extended writing prompts.

• Teachers can review the Grading Assistant score explanations while maintaining control to override scores, as necessary.

• The tool will be expanded to more programs:

  • Benchmark Advance – all national and state variations

  • Benchmark Adelante – all national and state variations

  • Benchmark Reader’s Workshop

  • Steps to Advance & Steps to Advance Literacy Solutions

• We’ve made improvements to the Grading Assistant tool based on your feedback!

  • New override reasons have been added

  • Score explanation / feedback includes more student-friendly language

Administration Method: Work with Student One-on-One

• All eAssessments can be administered in one-on-one mode.

• Teachers are in control of the test content being sent or hidden from student devices.

• Teachers can easily enter test results taken by students with paper and pencil.

• For tests with speaking skills, teachers can use work with student one-on-one to enter the student’s responses and manually grade the test.

Multiple Rubric Criterion & Descriptions

• Writing assessments with multiple rubric criterion and descriptions can be manually graded. Assessments results are available in reports by rubric criterion.

This feature is specific to Florida assessments.

Program Filter

• Available for districts with more than one program (e.g., core and supplemental).

• Administrators and teachers will save time filtering and analyzing assessment data.

Expand & Collapse Feature

• Quickly access the data you’re seeking by using the expand/collapse feature in assessments reports.

• Available for several reports at the district and school context levels.

• Print one, several, or all lists with one click – includes all school, class, and student names and assessment data.

Test Scores Summary Report

• Test scores data is summarized in one widget once you access reports.

• Assessment data is available for print and download.

Track Audio Usage

• Track audio usage in Reports!

• A new, dedicated column communicates if there were students that utilized audio for a particular question in the Single Test Analysis Report.

• District and school administrators will have access to the Reading Log!

• Filter by School, Class, Type, Status, and Duration.

• Configurable by District Administrators via Profile Settings.

• Select a timeout length anywhere from 30 minutes of inactivity to 12 hours, in 30-minute increments.

• See which user last adjusted the timeout length for your district.
